Biography

Ralph grew up in Southeastern Tennessee, writing short stories and working part-time at his father’s funeral home. After earning his Ph.D. in English at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, he moved to Quincy, Illinois where he spends his time writing, reading, and jogging along the Mississippi River.
